Super Soaker Water Guns

You know what’s BAD ASS? A pressurized water gun that has enough water to drench you from head to toe in the most awesome water fights you’ll ever have. Yeah, I’ve been there and done that…
Although Super Soakers did not come on the scene till end of ’89, beginning of ’90, I still consider it to be one of the great toys I’ve played with during that era. The company Larami first introduced the Super Soaker as a recreational water gun in 1990. It was originally called the Power Drencher but later changed its name to Super Soaker 50. Surround that magical water weapon, erected other iterations of that water gun such as the Super Soaker 30, 100 and 200. Till this day, Super Soakers are still being reinvented with various chamber changes, water holding capacities, etc. In 2009, for the 20th anniversary of the Super Soaker, the Super Soaker 50 was brought back to life to wreck havoc on many little children in their back yards.

My first Super Soaker was the Super Soaker 50. It was a mid level water gun. Its appearance is unmistakable. With neon yellow body and pump lever, neon green water reservoir, and orange trigger and gun-tip, you became a fearsome back yard water-fighting maniac. The gun is slick and with awesome maneuverability, you can run and gun all day long during those hot summer days. Only hip cup came when you had to fill up your tank again but that’s just the start of your crazed water gun welding youth, or maybe it was just me? Whatever! If you ever played with one of these awesome water guns when you were little, you’d understand. I so want to buy another one and have a field day shooting up water noobs…LOL. Good times!
